When Sushi Avenue opened its doors in 1997, we became Decatur's first sushi restaurant. We now serve patrons from two locations. Both locations are separated by a quarter mile of each other: Sushi Avenue on the Square and our original location on W. Ponce de Leon Ave.

Japanese family-owned since the opening, our knowledgeable Sushi Avenue chefs and staff strive together to provide a truly authentic dishes and atmosphere in the community. Our senior Japanese sushi chef has over 45 years of experience in the field. We pride ourselves in providing quality sushi and sashimi dishes, specialty rolls, and traditional Japanese cuisine with the freshest ingredients that are sure to please.
SUSHI AENUE ON THE SQUARE
Warm and welcoming, our Ponce location offers a cozy atmosphere with traditional Japanese elements throughout. The back seating area is well suited to accommodate big parties or great for family gatherings.
Enjoy the brick, modern flare of the Square location with manga and ukiyo-e style pop-art interior with an exterior image of torii (a gateway at the entrance to a Shinto shrine).
